Join Co-op member and canning expert, Stephanie Bickmore, as she leads this summer workshop on making and canning Cowboy Candy, spicy candied jalapenos or a mixture of peppers that can be refrigerated or canned for longer shelf life. This is a great way to use up a bumper crop of peppers from the garden or farm market! Attendees will enjoy samples during class and take home a jar of their very own Cowboy Candy!
