Breadmaking-French Baguettes

Want to learn how to make those delicious, French baguettes and English muffins offered occasionally as a special at the LCM Seasonal Market? Join John DeSaix, Breadmaker and Chair of the LCM Board, and Shelly Tomlinson, Owner and Baker of Been Jammin’ Bread, for an afternoon of bread baking artistry! In addition to excellent instruction, the fee includes a copy of the iconic cookbook, Tartine Bread, heirloom starter, a loaf of bread to take home and a 10% discount on the Breadtopia website, a wonderful online store for breadmakers.

Bring your apron and enthusiasm just in time to bake for the winter holiday season.
